1. Rates are valid for 2 adults per bedroom
   
2. Check-in time 14:00, check-out time 12:00 Bali time
3. Season:
   • Low Season : 11th January - 15th July & 16th September - 19th December
   • High Season : 16th July - 15th September
   • Peak Season: 20th December - 10th January
     
4. Rates are in US Dollars and are subject to 11% government tax and 10% service charge.
5. In order to guarantee reservations we must receive a completed credit card charge authorization or deposit payment equivalent to a minimum one nights accommodation or as advised for promotional & group rates.
6. Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, BCA, JCB, Diners Club.
   
7. Cancellation policy:
   • Any cancellation received within 21 days (for low season) and 30 days (for high season) prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night charge or as advised for promotional & group rates.
   • Any cancellation received within 14 days (for low season) and 21 days (for high season)prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% charge or as advised for promotional & group rates.
   • Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival, No Show and Early Check out are subject to 100% of total room night reserved.
     
8. Children policy and extra person:
   • Children 0 - 6 years old, free extra bed and free breakfast;
   • Children between 6-12 years old, free extra bed; breakfast is charged 50% charge from normal breakfast rate USD 15++ (subject to 21% tax and service)
   • Children above 12 years old considered as an extra person and subject to
     additional charge at USD. 50++(subject to 21% tax and service)per person include daily breakfast.
   • Children are welcome if well supervised and maximum two children under 12 years old can stay in the same room with parents using a day bed measuring 90 X 180 cm. However for the ultimate peace and serenity of our guests, reservations for children under 12 years are not recommended due to the hotel is not ideal for kids.
     
9. Airport transfers
   Rate includes one vehicle per villa, however any additional vehicles required due to size or luggage will be charged at prevailing rates..
