Terms & conditions

RATES

• Rates are valid for two (2) adults per room
• Rates are in US Dollars and are subject to 11% government tax and 10% service charge

TIME

• Check-in time 1400
• Check-out time 1200

SEASONS

• Low Season: 11th January - 15th July and 16th September - 19th December
• High Season: 16th July - 15th September
• Peak Season: 20th December - 10th January

PAYMENT

• In order to guarantee reservations we must receive a completed credit card charge authorization form OR a deposit equivalent to a minimum of one night accommodation OR as advised for promotional and group rates
• Payment on check out can be made by cash or credit card
• We accept all major credits cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, BCA, JCB, and Diners Club
• Credit card payments are subject to Indonesian banking regulations, which specify that all transactions are made in Indonesian Rupiah at the current exchange rate. Depending on the date the transaction is made the amount charged to your credit card may vary substantially from the original rate quoted

CANCELLATION

• Any cancellation received within 14 days (for low season) and 21 days (for high season) prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night charge or as advised for promotional and group rates
• Any cancellation received within 7 days (for low season) and 14 days (for high season) prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the entire booking/number of nights reserved or as advised for promotional and group rates
• Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival, no show and early check out are subject to 100% of the entire booking/number of nights reserved

CHILD POLICY AND EXTRA PERSON

• Due to safety considerations in the villas, reservations for children under 12 years of age are not recommended and no responsibility will be taken by the management
• Children 0 - 6 years old, free extra bed and free breakfast
• Children between 7-12 years old, free extra bed; breakfast is charged at 50% of normal breakfast rate of US$15++
• Children above 12 years old are regarded as extra persons and subject to an additional charge at US$50++ per person, which includes daily breakfast

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

• Rate includes one vehicle per villa for return airport transfer
• Any additional vehicles required due to additional passengers or luggage size will be charged at prevailing rates
• The Elysian's airport representative will wait outside arrivals and will hold the Elysian sign board - your name will not be on it
